MediaWiki ufre una coleición de páxines y ferramientes especiales pa facer un siguimientu de lo que pasa na wiki. Asina puedes siguir, por exemplu:
- los cambios recientes en toles páxines
- l'historial de revisiones: tolos cambios fechos n'una páxina
- les contribuciones d'un usuariu determináu
- les páxines creaes de nueves
La páxina especial más interesante ye Special:RecentChanges. Esta páxina amuesa toles ediciones, xubes de ficheros, tresllaos de páxines, desanicios y otres aiciones feches na wiki. El menú superior ufre una coleición d'enllaces pa personalizar la pantalla: llendar el númberu de cambios o'l númberu de díes que s'amuesen o torgar la pantalla pa qu'apaezan namái les ediciones de determináu espaciu de nomes. Tamién pues anubrir les ediciones marcaes como menores (pero nun escaezas qu'un cambiu pué ser mayor anque l'usuariu lu marcara como menor).
Una llinia na páxina de Cambeos recién ta formada por dellos enllaces:
- “difs.” amuesa les diferencies cola revisión anterior de la páxina.
- “hist.” enllaza col historial de revisiones de la páxina
- El títulu completu de la páxina llévate a la versión actual. Si'l títulu ta en negrines, indica que ta na to llista de siguimientu.
Al llau hai una marca que describe'l tipu de cambiu na páxina:
- N — Esta edición creó una páxina nueva
- m — Esta ye una edición menor
- b — Esta edición ta fecha por un bot
Siguiendo a la marca d'hora, apaez la diferencia de tamañu de la páxina respeuto a la revisión anterior. Then the user is mentioned, with a link to either their user page and their talk page and contributions or (in the case of anonymous users) to their talk page only.
If the user submitted a summary when they made the edit, the summary appears in italics as the last link in the line.
Vista enantada
If you have JavaScript enabled, you can also try the "enhanced" view. To enable the enhanced view, go to your Preferences, then click the Recent Changes tab and select "Agrupar los cambeos por páxina nos cambeos recientes y na llista de siguimientu". Selecting this option will cause the Recent Changes page to display edits grouped by page rather than being listed individually. You will now see entries like the following:
15:17 Main Page (4 cambios | hist.) .. (+236) .. [Some User (2×); Some Other User (2×)]
To expand the record of that page's recent edits, click the blue arrow to the left of the timestamp and page name. The record of edits will be displayed as it appears in the normal view. You can turn this enhancement on and off at will, so feel free to try both to see which one you prefer. Note that enabling Enhanced view will remove the leading links for diff and hist, making patrolling more difficult.
