As it turns out that you need to wait 4 days after account creation to be able to upload files, there actually is an obstacle here. But she will gain that power in less than a day so in this case I won't be asking for help from a steward or sysop. Sharihareswara (WMF) (talk) 05:07, 20 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
