Requested user-rights: Translation administrator.

I'm not that active here now but still do cleanup from time to time and there are times when this is needed. (eg: when a first edit to a translatable page is vandalism, it's not possible to delete that page entirely without translationadmin.) I've experience with this at meta and is quite active in translation administration there [1] and help other users with translation stuff sometimes. • Hi. You're already a local administrator here. I don't understand why that's insufficient. I briefly looked at Special:ListGroupRights and I can't figure out why we have a separate user group.
