Feedback on Frwiki Desktop Improvements discussion edit

Bonjour Jules78120 :) Thank you for starting a clear discussion at Frwiki! I wanted to clarify that the project is aimed at improving the interface for everyone, especially readers (as well as contributors), but won't be touching the design of the page-contents themselves. It might help to refer people to the image at the top of Reading/Web/Desktop Improvements/Research and design: Phase 1. (I'm probably going to add that to the main project page soon)
E.g.1) I see Guy Delsaut is suggesting improvements to how images are displayed within article content, and they have some good ideas, but that part of the page is not planned to be touched -- however they may be interested in the mode="packed-overlay" option in Help:Images#Gallery syntax).
E.g.2) Nemo Le Poisson discusses the Reference Tooltips feature - again, that is not part of this project, but they may wish to know about m:WMDE Technical Wishes/ReferencePreviews.
E.g.3) Nemo Le Poisson is suggesting improvements to the « page », « discussion », « modifier » et « historique » tabs and that is exactly what we have in mind - if you could encourage more thinking along those lines, that would be appreciated! Merci! Quiddity (WMF) (talk) 18:00, 21 October 2019 (UTC)Reply

Hi @Quiddity (WMF): . Thank you for clarifing this :). I will explain it in French on the Village Pump. I currently don't have enought time to really facilitate discussion on frwiki about this (welcome!) Desktop Improvement project, but I will definitely keep an eye on it.
Kind regards, Jules78120 (talk) 20:40, 21 October 2019 (UTC)Reply

Looking for a few testers edit

(When did you rename your account?!) I'm looking for a few more people to test the latest version of the Reply tool on the Beta Cluster. The instructions are at Talk pages project/replying/prototype testing#Reply tool version 2.0. Click on https://w.wiki/RZf to post your feedback. (That link is a little slow for me, but it loads the list of questions.) Thank you for your help. Whatamidoing (WMF) (talk) 02:04, 1 June 2020 (UTC)Reply

(In February 2020 ;-)). I tested it and gave feedback, @Whatamidoing (WMF): . Kind regards, Jules* (talk) 05:24, 1 June 2020 (UTC)Reply
