Room Descriptions
edit- Room 1 (B101 - 103): Main Room: Classroom for 60, projector, whiteboard, and microphones, power outlets/strips
- Room 2 (Classroom A108): Breakout Room: 30 person classroom, projector, whiteboard
- Room 3 (Channing Room): Breakout Room: 20 person, small tables. Projector & whiteboard & additional power strips.
- Atrium: Lobby space / registration / food service area
- Courtyard: private outdoor space with a few tables to get some fresh air

editStarting at 7pm we will be meeting at Old Town Brewing for Pizza, drinks and to continue conversations from the day.

Wednesday Night
editUnscheduled night. No organized dinner or plans for participants. This is a good opportunity to take a rest if you are feeling over socialized or schedule a meeting or meetup as you like.

Thursday Night
editDinner at Sauce Box at 7pm, followed by a relaxed reception at Rock Bottom Brewery staring at 9:30pm. If you are not planning to attend dinner at Sauce Box event please email rfarrand@wikimedia.org so I can adjust the reservation.
Sauce Box: please arrive around 7pm for drinks, everyone will be seated and served by 7:30pm. Everyone will receive drink tickets
Rock Bottom will have a semi-private room, provided drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), pool tables, and lounge furniture.
