  • has been migrated to two new and more powerful servers. Thanks to the donated servers and work around for an issue that caused HHVM instability, the website is now significantly faster. is an independent project supporting interface translations for many open source projects including MediaWiki.
  • Universal Language Selector had bug fixes related to the migration to extension.json and can now load jquery.i18n from core if present thanks to James Forrester.

The team participated in the Hackathon and Wikimania sessions, hosting several talks and 2 translation workshops. The ‘translathon’ sessions on day 2 and day 3 of Wikimania were well attended. On the first day 21 new articles were created in just an hour by 16 participants. The second translathon (notes) was aimed at Central and South American languages and conducted in Spanish.
