Hi, you are invited to the GSoC / OPW IRC AllHands meeting on Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at 15:00 UTC (8:30pm IST, 8am PDT). Thank you!--Qgil (talk) 18:03, 24 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hello, can you give a look? It's a message you added, it seems. Regards, Nemo 18:25, 21 July 2013 (UTC)Reply

you got your signals crossed... edit

hi Moriel.

please take a look at MediaWiki:Gadget-templatedata-fixture.js. remember that => is php way of saying : . JS does not like this phrasing.

while you are at it, please also remove the last comma after the last item at each block: some browsers are forgiving, but some are more finicky, and bulk at this extraneous comma.

// good
var a = {
    x: 2,
    y: 4
}

// bad
var b = {
    x: 2,
    y: 4,
}

Whoops!! I had them correct in the previous version, and then copy/pasted the messages from the TemplateData.i18n.php file, forgetting to change the syntax. Thanks for that! I'll change asap. Also, an even newer version is coming up real soon with your suggested "parameters import" method. Thanks! Moriel Schottlender (talk) 20:38, 31 August 2013 (UTC)Reply

rtl skin support edit

Hi,

hope you don't mind me getting in touch. I've had a guy from Israel ask if I can add rtl support to my skin and to be honest I'm at a loss as this is a completely new area for me, but I'd really like to accomadate him. I've managed to edit the css so that the text and layout is rtl, but I'm drawing a blank regarding the text editor! Can you give any tips on how I can accomplish this?

Thanks in advance :)

Revision Slider - write up on RTL issues edit

Hi! I am writing to let you know that we've just published notes on developing a RTL-accessible feature in MediaWiki environment based on our experiences while developing Revision Slider. We've mentioned you in the acknowledgements section of text but let us thank you once again for all your help! We really appreciate it. Best, Leszek Manicki (WMDE) (talk) 13:40, 14 December 2016 (UTC)Reply

Leszek Manicki (WMDE) This is amazing. I'm so happy I could help! I've read it and found it super helpful, I'd love to link to it from my rtl-support blog (will likely do that during the holiday vacation) Great job and thank you for caring about right to left support!
