Apply for translation admin flag and avail the new tool Special:PageMigration

Hi Eland,

I see that you are quite active translating messages :) Under Google Summer of Code, I have been working on the mass migration tools project, and with the help of my mentors, we have have managed to have a tool for importing old translations. The tool is now live on MediaWiki at Special:PageMigration but accessible to only translation adminstrators. Please apply for the translation admin flag and test out the new feature which will ease up your work for sure. You can pick any fresh article from the migration list, prepare and mark it for translation and then import the old ones. Later, if you find some bugs, please report them! Thanks!
