About me
I'm software developer based near Bern, Switzerland. I grew up in a household filled with computers and always had an interest in programming, but drifted away from things technical in favor of literature, sociology, and anthropology. After acquiring a few degrees and spending many years as a stay-at-home mom, I've returned to the IT world.
If I'm not coding, I'm probably looking after my kids and the dog, reading, or hiking. I also love to travel and play games (of the video, board, and role-playing variety), but between learning and job hunting I seem to have very little time for that these days!
My work
From December 2022 - March 2023 I was an Outreachy intern with the WMF.
During the internship period, I worked alongside my co-intern Hannah Njoroge to develop a full-stack web application that would enable users to add information to Toolhub records in an easy and fun way.
We were supervised and supported by Slavina Stefanova and Damilare Adedoyin
Now I continue to maintain and improve the Toolhunt project.
