@SGrabarczuk (WMF): thanks for the ping, I am rather curious how a Mobile phone user able to submit their opinion as well? Mine is a grandma kind of query...
- am clear if setting up the form is [ on desktop/laptop];
- and do we mean Mobile users have a unique threshold to join in?
- If not, are we better off to add a clause anywhere that the next step is performed on desktop/laptop but not on mobiles?
- Or mobile users perform by changing to "desktop view", and add a link to change the mode?
