When someone wants to edit an article on nl.wikinews.org with Visual Editor, it doesn't work. You get only a 'blanco' screen. (see here discussion in Dutch). It was mentioned on Phabricator Task T168764 (see bottom page) but has not been fixed yet. Can someone help? Thank you!

I've filed https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T171897. That wiki shouldn't have been half re-opened, this is a part of that workflow. :-( Hope this will get fixed soon.
