Move table rows up and down with a shortcut

Is this possible and am I missing it?

If so, what is the shortcut for moving tables rows up and down in visual-editor?

If not, please add it!

(In VE, the related dialog is reachable via the Help (?) menu --> Keyboard shortcuts.)
