"Before June 2021, this process was...." the last sentence of the page is a bit lost here among references. Does it relate to reference 1 ? or to the whole page ? There is no restriction on the date before signalling the state before / after. Please adapt, moving it in the presentation of the page, or an existing section, or a project history section for better reading.
