I have a personally run MediaWiki site and am highly experienced with the MediaWiki Software (although that doesn't matter right now for transwiki)

Not done Most content of value has already been transwikied over in the past after MediaWiki wiki started. If you can find content of value please propose a section at Project:Requests#Other_requests_and_requests_for_comments so users can review the desired imports, If its indicated we want to import those pages, we can reopen this request.
