Requested user-rights: Translation administrator.

I am working in the Lingua Franca Nova Wikipedia project. We have already translated the Most used core messages and I have exported and translated (with other users) part of the All core MediaWiki messages. However, I don't know how to upload that translation. I believe I need translation administrator right to do it and that's why I am asking for those rights here.
