Requested user-rights: Translation administrator.

I translate pages time to time when I don't see a Chinese version or want to improve current translation. I would like to do off-line translation and import the translation back. Thanks for your request and sorry for the slow reply. Offline translation should not require translation adminship, it's just so because few use it. If you still want to translate offline, please email the file to me at federico PRESSO translatewiki PUNTO net , I'll check that it looks good and let you know. --Nemo 08:30, 18 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
