Requested user-rights: Editor.

I have the SUL account Doug and run two bots on several Wikisource projects. I participate in discussing issues on Bugzilla, particularly regarding wikisource and transwiki importer issues, and I own and administer a private installation of mediawiki - I am not a developer. More to the point, I have edited a number of help pages here and at meta in multiple languages (though I am not fluent in any but English, I can manage in German and French for simple edits and I can update links in many languages ;) ). Many of my edits remain unchecked for 3 months, which is frustrating and doesn't really make me want to work hard to update pages. A lot of help is out of date, particularly languages other than english and a lot of things are underdocumented. --Doug 12:20, 13 November 2011 (UTC)
