This bot was used on Meta for the meta:Community Wishlist Survey, doing things like rotating proposals to ensure fair visibility, and generating a report with the most popular proposals, etc. Tgr asked me if we could adapt it for the Developer Wishlist, which was constructed in much the same way. The code is already written, we just need to comment out some functionality and adjust the configuration accordingly. No edits will be made outside the pages within the survey, and edit conflicts, 5-second maxlag, etc. all are respected — MusikAnimal talk 21:26, 8 February 2017 (UTC)
