Usurpation of Bryan

User:Bryan (contribs) is me, but I lost the password and have no clue which email address I specified. User:Bryan's only edit is related to the API which I have been involved with for quite some time and I remember that the specific feature I requested in the only edit the account some more times [1]. I needed the account renamed so I could change my username to Sunstar Net (talk · contribs), note the lower case s in the name. The AntiSpoof didn't allow me to create this username. Thatcher

Hi, I have global account User:Thatcher with enwiki as my home, en:User:Thatcher. There is a User:Thatcher here that is not me. I have renamed the old account; however, I cannot rename yours to Thatcher as you have already created a global account. You have two options (although I'm not sure if #2 will work): 1) request on meta that a steward delete your global account, then come back requesting the rename. After said rename, re-create your global account. 2) Register a new account under the name "Thatcher" here with the same password as your other accounts, then revisit Special:MergeAccount to merge it in. Again, I'm not sure if #2 is possible since a global account already exists for your name, so you may not be able to register as it.
