Wikimedia Interactive Team/Deployment Checklist

As of early December, 2016, the Interactive Team agreed to use the checklist below for obtaining pre-deployment sign-offs when deploying new features.
The checklist does not apply when deploying bug fixes or patches, but should be applied when new features are being rolled out by the team. Ideally, the checklist gets added to the feature's main Phabricator ticket as a sub-task and should include the following:
