Languages welcome screen - Layout

When you start the app for the first time 3 welcome screens are shown.

The Languages screen is the second of these 3 screens.

What needs verification

Verify that the Languages welcome screen is shown after the Explore welcome screen.

How to verify

Do a clean install of the app.
Start the app and tap the "GET STARTED" button at the bottom of the first welcome screen.
Ensure you see the Languages screen and that the language bubble image does a small expanding animation:
