Hi Valerio, on my desperate search for a possibility to find out whether a file is in a category or not, I saw finally that you developed exactly what I need. But I understand that it can't be used (in commons) ??

My friend, yep, the Extension:CategoryToolbox would be our solution. Do you have some time to start a discussion on their bar? It would be nice to explain your need and explain that this extension fit your needs and that I can give assistance in replying any technical question about that extension, and apply any requested improvement. I think a good starting place may be c:Commons:Bar. But... to prove that tool you actually need a private MediaWiki instance. If you already have one, try importing these few templates:

private MediaWiki instance ? Sounds complicated, especially because I have practically no experience with Mediawiki. May be I better wait until your tools are available in "normal" Lua libraries, may be rated as α or whatsever. Do you think that will be in some time? -- sarang♥사랑 09:39, 26 August 2020 (UTC)

Apologies, I though you was a developer looking for a demo.

Anyway, once installed in a wiki, you will be able to use it like this:

{{#if:{{CategoryHasPage|CategoryName}}| do something | do not something }}

se avevi perso la comunicazione domani c'è una riunione aperta con il Web Team che si occupa del tema Vector 2022, visto che avevi partecipato al test del quarto prototipo (e anche come utente parecchio esperto e con competenze superiori alla media) mi permetto di invitarti.

Io saro' alla riunione della sera per tradurre domande e risposte in italiano e francese, ma tu hai sicuramente un livello d'inglese migliore del mio, c'è anche la riunione del pomeriggio. Se per caso hai delle domande in mente puoi scriverle nel Google Doc della riunione. Le risposte saranno poi visibili sempre sullo stesso documento, per le osservazioni c'è anche la pagina di discussione del progetto. Il progetto delle Migliorie all'interfaccia desktop è in dirittura d'arrivo, questo è davvero un ottimo momento per far presente cosa vada ancora migliorato, mentre l'interfaccia è ancora in cantiere.
