Questions about PdfExport extensions

edit

Hi, I'm creating a wiki tutorial for a research center I work at, and we've been trying to find a way to export the tutorial to a pdf for users to access offline. I just installed and started using the PDFExport function which has so far been very helpful! I was wondering if there were any options/commands for customizations similar to those in the original HtmlDoc software (such as title pages, page headings, etc.). Any help or advice you could give me would be wonderful! Thank you very much!

SVN Repository and unification with Extension:Pdf Export Dompdf

edit

I want to set up a SVN repository of Extension:Pdf Export to easily manage installations. As you don't specify a license, what license do you distribute your extension under? Would that public SVN Hosting be acceptable to you? (Surely you get comit access) At the same time I would like to unify Pdf Export with Pdf Export Dompdf, as the latter only aims to provide an additional function (usage of dompdf) without removing existing functions (usage of htmldoc) ... and at the same time fixes are being made in both extensions, which only adds redundancy and complexity. Would that unification comply with your license ? Please provide answers and further suggestions to these 2 topics.

Did you ever do this? I've got a version of the extension that uses PrinceXML to generate PDFs, and I'd like to add it too. --Cneubauer (talk) 16:34, 6 June 2012 (UTC)Reply
