Hi good day, I wonder if you still check here because the last message was over a year ago! I tried stalking you on IRC but you weren't available and I didn't want to send a mail, so I said to use your talkpage. 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊.

I'm interested in working around The Wikipedia Library both as a user (already gotten approved to some access) and as a developer. As a developer, I use a windows device and I'm pretty confused on how to do it. All attempts to go around the vagrant-(which I'm not familiar with) as explained on github leaves me very much confused.

I was wondering if you could be kind enough to walk me around install the working module on my windows device. I would be grateful. Warm regards, Mahveotm

That's great to hear! Yes, documentation is something we're currently working on improving - I totally appreciate that the vagrant instructions aren't very clear. I was going to write a walkthrough for you here, but I think it would actually be more productive for me to rewrite the full vagrant install documentation and have you follow that. I'll aim to complete that before early next week :)

When investigating why the "Columns" and "Rows" settings have disappeared from Special:Preferences, I noticed your documentation change. Do you happen to know where I can read more about why this was changed? It must have happened recently, because the settings still are available in the latest stable software, 1.28. However, I cannot find anything about the change in MediaWiki's 1.29 Release Notes, so I am wondering whether or not removing these settings was deliberate.
