Paragraph-based Edit Conflict Interface
editI think I see the key to the paragraph-based edit conflict interface being useless. It says that it is disabled for talk pages, and that a newer version that is intended for talk pages will be released later. I have occasionally had the message on project pages, most recently the Teahouse, that are essentially talk pages but are not in talk namespaces.
