Join the GSoC & OPW IRC meeting

edit

Hi! The community bonding period is over, and you should have started working on your project. In addition to the strict work, you are required to report frequently, see the details at the GSoC or OPW pages.

The Engineering Community team is organizing a Q&A session for all participants (mentors included) tomorrow Tuesday at #wikimedia-office connect, see Engineering Community Team/Meetings/2014-05-20. See you there!--Qgil (talk) 21:57, 19 May 2014 (UTC) MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 21:59, 19 May 2014 (UTC)Reply

Google Code-in 2014

edit

There are still many suggestions from you on Talk:Google Code-in: are you available as a mentor? You would "only" need to:

  • ensure the phabricator tasks in question have a well-defined objective (so that it's clear when the student is done);
  • review the patches on gerrit, even if you can't merge them. Nemo 09:16, 1 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
Oh, thank you so much, Nemo for notifying me but I fear I am lost in a lack of time. If you, however want me to review something (in case you don't manage that in time or so), please drop me a line (preferably directly to my e-Mail account).
Merry Christmas and a wonderful new year to you and yours. Kind regards Rillke (talk) 18:51, 20 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
