Hello Quattroecci I saw your comment in https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension_talk:Jmol#Jmol_extension,_hope_for_continuation? A lot of time has passed, but you may like to know that I am right now working on an update of the Jmol/JSmol Extension that will work in Mediawiki 1.32
Hopefully it will be available soon.
