Hello, Noé, I noticed you were involved in LinguaLibre. Do you think that it would be possible to add appropriate recordings to the Wikivoyage Phrasebooks ? I know that they have had been some technical challenges with getting audio recordings to play inline in the past.

Hi :)
I am not involve that much in Lingua Libre, but I will ask to my colleagues. It is possible to record lists of words, under wiki format, but I am not sure about an automatic way to add them into the page. After a recording session, every files will end up in Wikimedia Commons, so it's quite easy to add them manually then in any project. Finally, the way it will be displayed in the table in Wikivoyage may be similar as in other projects, not very fancy but that should work fine.
Adding them manually should be fine.
The problem I remember having is that when you put a normal audio file on the page, and then you click the button to play the recorded sound, it took the reader to Commons (to the File: page) to play the sound. We never figured out a way to play the sound without leaving the page. Surely there is a way to do this.
