In my opinion the auto IP address blocking is unfair and instead it should run by account blocking or device address blocking. IP address blocking can block an entire company if they all use the same company Wi-Fi. Does anyone else see this problem?

I don't see a problem. Company concerned about being blocked can contact and ask details of the block, to trace the individual causing the abuse, and ask to remove the block once action has been done against the bad actor.
