Question

How were you able to get your CentralAuth extension to work? My wiki gets as far as the centralauth_user file before spewing out PHP errors saying the database "centralauth" is not specified. Thank you! Panoptical2 20:00, 10 April 2008 (UTC)

Unfortunatly, I didn't get it working. It might work if you define the centralauth-database in LocalSettings.php and refer to it in CentralAuth.php. But I've not yet found a nice way to incorporate the $wgDBPrefix into the user-table selects. This is needed, atleast for myself, as I have 3 wikis installed into one database using prefixes. Maybe we'll see some improvements in the future as the development is going on with nearly daily updates.--Marcus Stöhr 05:33, 11 April 2008 (UTC)
