I think it would be helpful to include some reference to the Code of Conduct, and how reviewers ideally set good role-models for each other. Perhaps added in the "Trust" section?
Also something about how Good (-1 & -2) Reviews are friendly, patient, assume good intentions, are useful/actionable, etc. I'm specifically thinking of the first item in Wikimedia Cloud Services team/Team Social Norms about "Do propose a different path if you oppose one", which seems like it might be an ideal pattern for -2 reviews to follow. But you can probably think of other characteristics to add.
