The user registered two separate accounts (one linked to LDAP, one to MediaWiki SUL/OAuth). Not sure what is requested from me here? :)
Because I am not sure if merging two accounts on Phabricator is possible or not.
If not possible, then I think one of both should be disabled to avoid confusion when pinging on Phabricator.
Merging is not possible and the user in question should decide which account to disable, if wanted....
