Distributed revison control database for MediaWiki
editHaeB, thanks for the excellent timeline.
It's not a big deal, but to be totally historical, the initial summary of my proposal was written by another volunteer (note that my name is misspelled!), it seems a bit distracting and inaccurate to link to revision 488292. I'm changing the text in your timeline, feel free to challenge or revert. --Adamw 19:00, 10 February 2012 (UTC)
- Thanks, I was indeed relying on the this summary (btw Sumanah is the Foundation's Volunteer Development Coordinator and very striclyt speaking not primarily a volunteer herself). Not having attended the event, I don't know how it was inaccurate - I had just assumed that the proposal evolved from something that would have exceeded the rather restricted timeframe to something more manageable - but I'm glad that you fixed it. I have quoted a bit more from the corrected version of your proposal to make the connections to the list's topic a bit clearer again. Please let me know if you do any further work in this direction! Hi, Requests for comment/Password requirements is being considered as one of the RFCs to be discussed at the RFC review on 2013-11-06 via IRC. You are receiving this notification because you edited or discussed this RFC. We hope to see you there.--Qgil (talk) 01:29, 5 November 2013 (UTC)
Migrating blogconverter tool to k8s
editHi! You are registered as the maintainer of the blogconverter tool, and as such, I'm reaching out to ask you to migrate out of the grid (it's getting shut down) and into k8s, we tried reaching you on https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T319597 but that phabricator account is deactivated, so taking my chance on your volunteer account.
If you are not the maintainer anymore or you don't want to keep that tool running, feel free to say so (preferrable) or let the tool get deactivated.
Thanks! DCaro (WMF) (talk) 17:02, 16 January 2024 (UTC)
- @DCaro (WMF): I don't need it any more and am not aware of anyone else using it, so feel free to remove it. Thanks for reaching out! Regards, HaeB (talk) 09:44, 17 January 2024 (UTC)
