You're probably aware of all these already, but just in case...

It would be cool if Special:EditImage/Image:Foo.jpg worked (pretty urls are, well, pretty, and this seems to be a standard thing.)
If someone visits Special:EditImage directly, they should get a box to type in an image name rather than an error (cf. Special:PrefixIndex)
If the image doesn't exist at all, the page is blank instead of an error message ( http://wiki.mako.cc/index.php?title=Special:EditImage&image=Image:testingggg.png )
It allows attempted operation on SVG images (ie, the "crop image" tab appears on SVGs, and http://wiki.mako.cc/index.php?title=Special:EditImage&image=Image:Ugc.svg does not give an error message.
