facebook-messenger-chatbot on Toolforge

Hi, looks like the facebook-messenger-chatbot Toolforge tool is failing to start its web service. From a quick look it appears to be a dependency issue due to the recent Stretch deprecation, probably fixable by re-installing dependencies. Could you fix it or archive the tool?
