Please do not use Wikimedia Phabricator for testing

Hi B20180! Please note that Wikimedia Phabricator is not a place for testing (see the Phabricator front page recommending to test on https://phab-01.wmflabs.org/ instead). I just a new user in that project and I don't know about how to use Phabricator.

How is your question related to Phabricator?

If you want information on joining a Hackathon, that information is available on the page of each Hackathon.

So; I began to translate Phabricator/Help into Thai language because in my community not have enough skill. I hope this experience can be useful to help for explain some users from th.wikipedia and/or Thai language sister projects who interest in Phabricator in the future.
