Brief Description

a very simple fix for the Recent changes page would be to turn it into a table on larger screens and turn it into cards on smaller screens. The former would make it more skimmaable, i.e. the "username" parameter would be lined up so you could quickly skim through all the recent contributors.

Problem it solves

The Recent changes page is not easy to quickly skim over. Many parameters aren't visually aligned (thanks to variable page title character lengths.
