I've been using MediaWiki and Semantic MediaWiki since 2009, in the context of Wicri, an expriment of what these technologies could be good for in the field of research and innovation (I'm working at Lorraine's University, in France).
I took part, as a "wiki community leader" in some research projects using, in France. I've been a volunteer in the field of the MarineLives project (a british project).
I'm contributing from times to times on the french Wikipedia, and rarely here...
