I have had multiple Hackers Posting some kind of code that lets them leave the post, That Admin cant even delete! I fought one all day long wile he was trying his code, he would make a post and I would block his IP and delete the post he then would come back within 10 Minutes with a new IP and post again! This went on till he made a post and even after I deleted the post, the post was still on the deleted page! The page did delete but the post was still there. I shut down access to my site and removed MediaWiki from 3 other sites till I figure this out. :(
