Graduated in Speech-Language Pathology from the Universidade do Sagrado Coração (1990)- Brazil, Master’s degree in Special Education (Education of the Special Individual) from the Universidade Federal de São Carlos (1996), and Doctorate in Human Communication Disorders from the Universidade de São Paulo (2000). I served as a faculty member at Universidade Tuiuti do Paraná in the undergraduate Speech-Language Pathology program and the Master’s and Doctorate programs in Communication Disorders (08/1999-01/2010). I have been a faculty member in the Department of Speech-Language Pathology at the Bauru School of Dentistry, Universidade de São Paulo, since 05/2010 (FOB-USP-BAURU). I am a supervisor in the Graduate Program in Speech-Language Pathology at FOB-USP-Bauru. A member of the Research Group at the Audiological Research Center certified by CNPq. Specialist in Audiology by the Federal Council of Speech-Language Pathology. She has experience in the field of Speech-Language Pathology, with an emphasis on Audiology, mainly focusing on the following topics: aging and hearing, speech perception, auditory assessment, and electrophysiological evaluation of hearing.
