Very likely spam, or someone who's just complaining or has no real wish for a resolution, and won't be back to read replies anyway. I thought I'd "translate" the "French-SMSese" into real French, and then to English, just in case:

"C'est bien, mais on se fait bloquer trop facilement. S'il vous plait, arretez s.v.p.; c'est chiant de A a Zed, la fin."

"It's fine, but you get stuck too easily. Please, stop please; it's effing annoying from A to Z. The End."
