Concerning Short/Long -term retention: @Whatamidoing (WMF) could we precice if the second modification is related to the same page as the first modification, or can be on any other page ? Thanks

I believe that retention looks at editing any talk page at all (e.g., Talk:Example in September but User_talk:You in October).
