Also Nikerabbit (GSOC 2009), Platonides (GSOC 2012), Nischay Nahata (GSOC 2012), Liangent (GSOC 2013), Gopa (GSOC 2019), Jay (GSOC 2019), Ostrzyciel (GSOC 2020), Frances Hocutt (Outereachy round 8).

Also GorillaWarfare (GSOC 2013) and Rillke (GSOC 2014) although I don't know if GSOC had much impact on their wiki-career - I think they were both well-established editors by the point they did it.

User:Taavi (GCI 2019) surely qualifies as notable following the events of Wikimania 2021.

I think you mean 2022? Last year I was busy with the new Debian release coming out on the Wikimania weekend.

Yes, I certainly did mean Wikimania 2022. It is only August, so I can't be expected to remember that the year has changed yet. ;)
