I would request admins to please block Arzoper from creating/editing Malayalam language related translation. Around 90% or above edits done by the user are completely disastrous when seen from one who knows Malayalam language. For more information, please check talk page.

Is this really necessary? Arzoper appears to have made no edits to Malayalam translations after the low quality of their translations were pointed out, so I don't see what a block would accomplish.
But the user already done a lot of bad edits and low quality translations. If the user continue to do this then we need a serious block or there must be somebody to track the edits and delete them. Because they are so bad if somebody who know the language then it will be a disaster and bring very bad reputation to Mediawiki.

ml native here, but the reason I hesitated for this long is because my writing, not speaking, ability of Malayalam is quite poor (for reasons that are out of scope). Anyway, while you can question my ability, there is no way you can question my parents' command of the language.
I had them read some of your translations, and they were in concordance with what your doubters had to say. That is, they make no sense in meaning, and also Ranjith's claim that one of your translations was equal to "killing MediaWiki" was accurate. This, to me, is proof enough that the average Malayali cannot understand what you are trying to convey, and is in opposition to the point of the translations (that is to make someone who does not know English what the original text was trying to convey).
Should you make further translations of questionable quality, I, or any other admin, may block you.
