So I forked an existing tool on toolforge, the repository has been created on Phabricator as was suggested in the process if I remember correctly. Here's my repository: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/source/tool-commonsapi/ Now I was wondering, is there such a thing as an issue tracker connected to the repository that I can point users to for submitting bug reports, feature requests or anything else? Thanks!

I mean essentially I would like to mention something at the bottom of the tool page https://commonsapi.toolforge.org/ as I have done now (Bugs and feature requests can be submitted as tickets on Phabricator.) However there's nothing a user can do on that repository page I think
Toolsadmin does not support creating Phabricator projects (yet) so you need to ask a project admin to create one. See Phabricator/Creating_and_renaming_projects. tl;dr: File a ticket in the Project-Admins project and a project admin will create a project for you if you want one.
