it is not easy to find "How to add comments", unlike other websites that have "text field"

When i first meet the discussions page i didn't understand how to add my comment. I thought commenting page will be like on other websites, when user just click on text field, types and clicks send button.

By the way this page feels very comfortable to me.

Just making them meaningful around certain topic or theme
