As I explained over there a month ago I am a 12-year Wikipedia veteran and a daily small-time editor. Somehow at the beginning of July I got booted out of WP and was asked to make a new password - this has happened a lot since I got a new computer last Christmas with Windows 10, it seems every other day I am having to login to something anew. Anyway, the next time I tried to login on WP, it would not take either the new or old password.
i am an old man now, not a techie, so I don't understand what the problem is when I have been a faithful contributor all these many years to WP and was never asked before this to reset my password. I made a new account as Textorus2 but of course it is disconnected from all my history and contribs, etc.
I've been on vacation since I posted on the Admin board but I'm back now and really would like to get back to my old account. Is there anything you fellas can do for me? Thanks in advance. Textorus
