My Wikimedia account is a clean start account and using the same email as my old account, Nhatminh01. However, the Wikitech account is in the old name and paired with the old account, and have been disabled. Please re-enable my account (Nhatminh01 in Phabricator)

Ah, now I understand! I have enabled the account phab:Nhatminh01. If you wanted to connect that Phab account with your wiki account here, then you could add it via phab:settings/panel/external/.

Hi, which website (full URL) does this refer to? If this is about phabricator.wikimedia.org (that is what this Talk page is about), then it is impossible to create an account under the name you mention as Phabricator does not accept spaces in account names, so there is nothing to confirm or such. I also do not know what a "Lakh account" is. If there is an issue related to Phabricator, then please provide a clearer list of steps, step by step, including URLs and exact names.

@CChen (WMF) Hi, I assume this is about the Phab account "cchen" which has 2FA (multi-factor authentication) enabled. What does happen exactly when you try to log in? In case you've lost the device which emits the 2FA codes, we'll need some out of bound verification (video call, Slack, etc) before resetting your Phab account.
@AKlapper (WMF) Thanks for getting back to me! Yes, the 2FA codes are not working after reinstalling my phone. What's the exact verification I need to do to reset it? Maybe through Slack?
@CChen (WMF) Phabricator does not offer reset codes so best would be setting up a video call for verification - probably easiest to set up via a private Slack message?

hello, apologies if this forum is not for checking if a request can somehow be expedited -- we have filed a task on phabricator to create an umbrella for Wikimedia Ukraine. is there a way to know 1) if the request is okay, and the information provided is enough; 2) if there is any ETA for this to happen? we would like to move from trello, and the transition to phabricator is going to take some time, so some ETA would be highly appreciated... again sorry if this is a wrong place to post this

Hi! The machine learning team is wanting to clean up our board a bit and that required deleting some columns (instead of just hiding them). Is it possible to get elevated permissions to do this?

Apparently (and I have no recollection) I created my account under my then-username "Amatulic" in 2015, and then I was renamed to "Anachronist" in 2016, which renamed me in the other Wikimedia projects except this one. Recently when I logged in as "Anachronist" my account appeared as "Amatulic". I was going to ask that it be changed but it looks like that got done.

@AKlapper (WMF) When I created my account, I edited my new profile like it is explained in your link. But actually I renamed my account and I want my new name in my Phab profile, not my dead name. Now my User profile on Phabricator doesn't match with my user account on wikis. But if I click on "Edit profile" it is not possible to change my name! I just can add a "also know as". I don't want it for a lot of personal reasons. I want this link to be available instead of this one. There is not that option (or I can't find it). So, I'm asking for someone else to change my name instead of me (I know it is a stupid task, I really prefer to click on a button and change my name by myself, but I can't) What I have to do to change my account also on Phab? There is not that option?
