Hi Zppix. You are currently being subscribed to thousands of Phabricator tasks due to the Herald rule that you created. I would guess that you are not actually reading all the email/notifications that this creates.
This situation creates some confusion, because: (1) people might believe that an additional interested developer is paying attention to their task. (2) it makes it very hard to ping you personally, because the ping would get lost amongst the noise.
There have been 2 similar situations before (T128500 and T133111), and in both cases we asked the editor to disable the Herald rule. Please consider doing so, at https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/H158
(Disabling that, would also help to reduce the problems at T108586)
