We're currently testing it, and when I tried to reopen a close topic it told me:

I've manage to reopen the subject, and I can see the history when I click on the timestamp near of an edit. But I can't have access to the global history page from the top-page link.
OK, I've also noticed the impossibility to mark your tests as patrolled (Help:Patrolled edits).
It is possible to patrol the initial post, but we have to go to the revision link (via the timestamp) instead of the diff link. This is because they aren't classic "diffs", just like a single revision for a New Page isn't, and we weren't sure whether it would be more confusing or not. E.g. to patrol your post here I would click the timestamp at http://i.imgur.com/IZnFu9w.png and then see the patrol link at http://i.imgur.com/N9wDHiy.png. There's discussion about it at Phab:T94452 and I think we probably need to re-examine the current setup. Suggestions would be appreciated. :-)
